By submitting an expression of interest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Our school commits to:
- Selecting a diverse team of 5 Year 10 students with complementary skills
- Providing ongoing mentorship to the team throughout the program
- Regularly checking on the team's progress
- Arranging opportunities for the team to promote their fundraising activities within the school community
- Facilitating regular updates about the team's activities via school newsletters or assemblies
- If selected as winners, coordinating with AFL SportsReady for award presentation at the final school assembly
- General Terms and Conditions
We understand and agree that:
- The boot camp takes place from 23-26 September 2024, 10am-4pm daily at Monash College City Campus
- Our selected students must commit to attending all four days of the boot camp
- The school will support the team's fundraising efforts from the approval date until Christmas
- All participants will receive a certificate and project feedback
- The winning team will receive a major prize valued at $20,000 for personal development
- AFL SportsReady and Monash College staff will supervise students during the boot camp
- Lunch will be provided each day of the boot camp
- We will ensure parents/guardians complete necessary permission forms for student participation
- The Ready Foundation may use photos/videos from the event for promotional purposes
- The Ready Foundation reserves the right to make changes to the program if necessary
- Submission of an expression of interest does not guarantee acceptance into the program
